Berlingot de Carpentras is a member of the cooked sugar candy family. This little tetrahedron is one of France’s oldest sweets, and the town of Carpentras has made it its specialty for over two centuries. It comes in a wide range of flavors for which we use natural flavors and colorants. Essential oils and fruit extracts give this candy a unique, intense taste.
