Our black olive confit is an original Provencal recipe that combines sweet and savory. Black olive confit can be enjoyed as an aperitif on grilled toast, but also in verrines or in recipe preparation to enhance a dish.
It is ideal for tasting goat’s or sheep’s milk cheeses. It’s made with olives from Provence and a zest of sugar, lemon and lavender honey. Thyme and rapeseed oil spice up the recipe.
