Bruschetta is generally eaten on toast browned in the oven, but can also be eaten as a slice of bread or as the base of a pizza at any time of day.
Ingredients: tomato pulp, vegetables in varying proportions: 32% (zucchinis, eggplants, peppers), olive oil, sunflower seed oil, garlic, fresh basil, sea salt, wine vinegar, spices.
