Discovered at an artisan producer near Morière, in the Vaucluse region, this sauce goes wonderfully well with many dishes, as long as you like peppers!
If so, don’t hesitate to indulge yourself with pasta, grilled meats, poultry, directly in ground meat for burritos or simply as an aperitif on bread. Unusually for a savoury sauce, it also goes very well with fresh goat’s cheese.
