Homemade in a small workshop in l’Isle-sur-sorgue, Vaucluse, this deliciously exotic chutney can be used in cooking or as an aperitif.
Enhanced by the intensity of turmeric, it goes wonderfully well with chicken or rice, for example. You can also pair it with a good cheese, raclette, a homemade burger, terrines or foie gras.
What’s more, the little touch of honey and lemon juice means it keeps for a very long time after opening.
