Grown exclusively in Occitanie and harvested by hand, Lucques is considered a unique olive. Nicknamed the “green diamond”, it is typical for its crescent-moon shape. The Lucques olive is easily recognizable: a small stone and fine, flavorful flesh. It is soft and voluptuous on the palate, with a slight taste of buttery avocado and fresh hazelnut. Present on the tables of France’s greatest chefs, it is the gastronomic olive par excellence!
