This passionate craftsman, nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, is a real find! His quest for culinary perfection is matched only by his love of nature. And you can feel it in her magnificent “Plus que Bio” juices from La Table des Lutins.
Why more than organic? After all, he harvests the wild herbs he needs to make these juices in areas at least 5km from any agricultural plot that might use pesticides! His work is based on a few fundamental principles:
– the use of the lunar calendar, both for picking wild plants and for making and bottling fruit juices.
– the search for nearby fruit grown biodynamically or, failing that, untreated, which he picks himself.
Her intention is not to respond opportunistically to the craze for natural products, but to take an ethical approach, the aim being an exceptional finished product, and the fruit-plant combinations are the result of real reflection.
