Since 1920, the Biscuiterie-Chocolaterie Aujoras has been producing the famous “navettes” that are so popular with Provençal locals. The best known and often the most appreciated is the orange blossom navette.
Originally from Marseille, these shortbread boat-shaped cookies are delicately flavored. They are delicious dipped in coffee or tea, for breakfast or a snack.
