Our crème forestière is made with top-quality porcini mushrooms and truffled sunflower oil, renowned for its sweetness. This is a very popular sauce in Provence, as it can be enjoyed in any season. Serve fresh as an aperitif or mixed into a hot recipe such as purée or polenta, or as a garnish for pasta and risotto. A very fine sauce that really comes into its own when used in refined dishes.
