This 100% natural syrup is homemade by a woman who owns a farm in the Gard region of France, using figs she harvests from her garden. All the ingredients are organically grown. As well as the classic combination with water or lemonade, you can make very simple cocktails with white or rosé wine, or more sophisticated ones with several ingredients. The syrup can also be used in sweet and savoury dishes.
