Artisanal right down to the lid! 100% homemade, organic and tasty – three criteria that are generally difficult to meet in Provence. The farmer we met near Uzès, in the Gard region of France, uses products from her own harvests in her preparations. Apart from organic cane sugar, she doesn’t buy anything, she grows it herself! What we have here is a truly authentic, fresh and gourmet product, which goes wonderfully well with cheese, foie gras, terrines and homemade burgers.
