We were looking for a range of syrups that were colorful but free from coloring agents, and all the while artisanal, so the choice was limited! Naturally, our choice fell on this farm in the Gard region, where all syrups are organic and made from produce grown in the garden. It couldn’t be more authentic! Beyond the classic combination with water or lemonade, you can create very simple cocktails with white or rosé wine, or more sophisticated ones with several ingredients. They can also be used in sweet and savoury dishes.
